Question, when I am at the Billing page in the dashboard it says I can switch to pay as you go when the project grows.. Yet if I press that option it displays the option as a downgrade from the hobby plan.. ?
I am already paying as I go (via a credit card) but this is confusing UX
Hi there! The Hobby Plan that you’re currently on is a legacy plan that we no longer offer. You’re right that regardless, you’re still paying as you go.
Depending on what version of the legacy plan you have, there’s some amount of usage included - that’s the advantage to staying on the legacy plans. The downside is that you won’t be able to purchase our add-ons, like our support or compliance packages.
“Downgrade” is definitely confusing wording - it should say “convert” like it does on the Billing page. We’ll make sure to change that.
