[PM 08] machine is in a non-startable state: stopping

Hi, we got 36 of this same message last night. And we intermittently get these various errors as well:

[PM 11] machine was recently stopped and is unavailable to service request
[PC 01] instance refused connection. is your app listening on 0.0.0.0:8080? make sure it is not only listening on 127.0.0.1
[PM03] could not wake up machine due to a timeout requesting from the machines API
[PM05] failed to connect to machine: gave up after 15 attempts

May we ask if there’s anything we can do to prevent these, and whether or not these could point to something wrong with our deployment? Thank you
