PG with no machines, GRU region

I woke up to my postgres DB having no machines.

I also can’t set a new server from snapshot, since it crashes because it needs wal_level to logic and I cannot set it by fly’s config.

Seems like this server was affected by oct 23 incident GRU host eb5d resource exhaustion and never recovered.

It seems like this server is running on consul. Could that be related?

4 hours and still no machines. Is it a problem with GRU? Would it work if I migrate out of that zone?

I’m facing the same problem on GRU region.

Fly.io folks: can you look into my app to see if something is wrong?
It is not restarting, neither outputing logs.
