# Out of memory issue

Suddenly getting out of memory error in my machines . Can anyone help

Not on this level of detail, no. Consider giving the RAM spec of your machine, what software you are running, and what happens to trigger an OOM issue. Be as detailed as you can. Have you looked at your machine metrics in Grafana?

Of course, if you have a paid support subscription, you can just raise a support call with Fly technicians, mentioning machine name(s). If you do not, then here is fine, and occasionally you’ll get a Fly employee here kind enough to dig into your machine free of charge.

We have a few customers here who offer _pro bono_ support, but they will probably require a bit more information. Consider [reading this article](https://community.fly.io/t/suggestions-on-asking-for-technical-help-on-the-web/24759) if you are interested in how to ask technical questions generally; it is not easy.

i am running a bot . a backend script taking data using public API’s and sending email every 30 minutes nothing fancy.
