Orphaned machines and volumes charging $1.84/month - unable to delete

Hi,

I deleted my n8n application (n8n-mon-app) from the web dashboard, but I still have orphaned resources charging me $1.84/month:

• 4 machines (Shared CPU 1x in cdg region) - $0.58

• Additional RAM - $1.13

• 3GB of volumes - $0.12

What I’ve tried:

1. Web dashboard shows “You don’t have any apps yet”

2. fly apps list returns empty

3. fly apps list --json returns []

4. However, fly status gives an error mentioning: "n8n-mon-app-fragrant-log-2247"

5. fly apps destroy n8n-mon-app-fragrant-log-2247 fails with “Could not find App”

My details:

• Organization: axxome (personal)

• Region: cdg (Paris)

These resources are invisible in the dashboard and CLI but still generating charges. Could someone from Fly.io help me identify and delete these orphaned resources?
