Our deploys frequently hangs on the image buildpack step, and gives very little info on how to troubleshoot. Have to try keep restarting/re-trying until it works. Very frustrating and has been ongoing for several weeks now.
Have tried using flags --remote-only and --no-cache
Any ideas?
