Thanks for the info. I can see your org was affected by some issues on our global state manager and that affected list endpoint and account info endpoints.

Checking logs we verify that sprites itself are working as intended and requests should be reaching them.

Context: the modus operandi of this bug is specific when our cache tracker for global state takes a bit long to load and a race condition makes it load multiple times and cancel the previous one.

So, there is a confirmed and identified bug on your end, right? so what is the ETA for the final fix on this bug? I see this is affecting multiple users for a long period of time now

The fix was deployed 16 minutes ago and we’ve been monitoring it.

We haven’t seen any similar issue for the past 10+ minutes too!
