Is it possible to dynamically set the user name for a release triggered by a Github action?

We’re using Github actions to deploy to fly.io (very similar to as described here Continuous Deployment with Fly and GitHub Actions · Fly Docs), but as a result the name of who did a release is always that of the person who added the token.

Ideally this would be based on the name of the github user that triggered the workflow. I don’t suppose that’s possible?
