all my apps and postgress instances are in the GRU region but I keep getting billed for outbound traffico to Asia pacific, why is that?

I.e., you have at least some users in Asia, even if none of your Machines are directly there.
As usual, you can email the billing address that I mentioned last time (billing@fly.io) to get the official word.
