I am trying to onboard an engineer and in the onboarding we are having them deploy to Fly in their own organization. He keeps running into our organization is currently restricted to shared-cpu-1x VMs only. How do we release that restriction?
Total guess until someone from Fly answers but have you added a credit card to that account or some form of payment? I haven’t seen that restriction message but I would assume they want some kind of verification you are a real human/company. That shared cpu one is the free-tier level vm so without some kind of payment info, I would suspect that is what you are limited to. If you have added payment info … not sure. One for Fly.
