Health check seems to be stuck after updating heroku app

It’s been 12 minutes since I updated my heroku app. I forgot to commit something so I had to update again. The thing is, it seems the update is not triggering on my flyio app because it seems to be stuck on a health check. So i’m not sure how to proceed here. I need the trigger to happen.

EDIT: forgot to mention that I tried around 3x stop the vm via fly vm stop because I thought automatic signal to stop the vm to update wasn’t working. It did stop, and it launched itself again but it was the same version. It had a different allocation ID every time.
