# GitHub Actions Deploy Unable to Find Image

I am currently experiencing an issue with my GitHub Actions CI/CD setup where I am successfully exporting my Docker image to the [fly.io](http://fly.io) registry, however my deploy is failing consistently due to the image not being found. Is anyone having these same issues recently?

Solved this myself by finding this related issue.
