# Fly Logs dashboard error 500/502

I saw this post [Grafana seems to have stopped collecting machine logs](https://community.fly.io/t/grafana-seems-to-have-stopped-collecting-machine-logs/27425) and there it says it’s solved.

But I still can see the error message on my organizations

Status: 500. Message: failed to make http request: 502  
```

👋 Hello! This is a separate occurrence from last time. We’re aware of these errors cropping up today. We’re looking into this, and will post news about our progress here: [https://status.flyio.net/incidents/9mgssnn7h40p](https://status.flyio.net/incidents/9mgssnn7h40p).

In the meantime, logs are still streaming in via `fly logs` and in the dashboard.
