Fly is taking forever to launch a depot builder. Also, it continuously gives auth errors lately
It may be better to create one post per issue, and then for each issue, post enough detail for readers to walk through what you’re doing.
For depot, have you tried the flags to do a non-depot build? Is this local or in CI? What region? etc.
