I am working on deploying my personal portfolio.
What I would like to achieve
I am getting an attachment error. I would like to understand and resolve what this error means.
What we have tried

上記を追加して、自己解決。しかし、別エラーで困っています。

しばらく待って、再トライしてみたら良いでしょうか？何か、ヒントをください。VMが足りないのは、私のプランの問題でしょうか？nrtのリージョンの問題でしょうか？
