# ERROR after fly deploy

Hey @mathiasn. Some recent [changes we made](https://community.fly.io/t/a-new-way-to-rootfs/19196) have affected how swap is activated. To configure swap space, simply set [`swap_size_mb`](https://fly.io/docs/reference/configuration/#swap_size_mb-option) in your fly.toml.
