Hi @shaye—unfortunately MetalLB will not work on Fly.io. It’s designed to work with bare-metal setups that are pretty different from the Wireguard mesh that powers our private networking. (For example, Fly Machines on a 6PN do not have direct layer-2 connectivity, which rules out MetalLB’s layer-2 mode.)

Depending on what you are trying to do, you may be interested in Flycast load balancing. Also, if you’re comfortable sharing more about your project, then the folks around here may be able to offer some more specific suggestions if you’d like.
