# Deployment failed: Pull image failed\[lhr\]

Hello,  
i need help our app doesn’t be able to be deployed here is the logs

The lhr region is currently having a few issues:

Maybe try a different region? If you need lhr, hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Thank you for that but even if i changed the region am still getting the same problem

first it was `fra` but now am on `ams`  
it’s been 2hr since our app is down any help please 🙏
