Deploy errors - fly can't communicate with its own docker hub mirror

Post incident, I am getting the following error when attempting to deploy that indicates there is a communication error between Fly and their Docker Hub mirror:

#3 [internal] load metadata for docker.io/library/node:18-alpine
#3 ERROR: failed to do request: Head "https://docker-hub-mirror.fly.io/v2/library/node/manifests/18-alpine?ns=docker.io": dial tcp: lookup docker-hub-mirror.fly.io on [fdaa::3]:53: read udp [fdaa:0:63d6:a7b:9f67:9bdc:fbc9:2]:53455->[fdaa::3]:53: read: connection refused

15+ minutes and 10 build attempts later it seems to be working now. It also looks like it’s communicating directly with Docker Hub (vs the Fly mirror) for my successful build so something changed on their side.

In any case, seems okay for now.
