Dashboard does not load

On my personal dashboard I’m seeing this issue

In the (paid) orgs I am part of, everything works.

Heya - that’s odd. I’m not seeing anything on our end yet. I’m also not able to reproduce yet.

Which browser / version are you on? Do you have plugins?

I’m on Arc which under the hood uses latest Chrome. If by Plugins you mean Extensions, yes I have a few, but I have just verified I get the same issue in Chrome (latest) in an incognito window with no extensions enabled. All of that on MacOS 15.

I just shipped a couple changes that were originally some performance tweaks I had written down but there’s a chance it helps here. Hard to say since I’ve been unable to reproduce yet.

Out of curiosity what’s the URL when fails like that? If you switch the organization in the dropdown, then go switch it back to Personal what happens? What’s the URL then?

Thanks but that did not help. I did a hard refresh in the browser.

The URL where it fails is https://fly.io/dashboard/my-user-name

It fails on all its subpages too though.

Changing to another org works (everything is shown there), switching back to “Personal” brings back the same URL and issue.

Possibly there is some corrupt data etc. in my personal org?

I’d really like to know my usage for example but I can’t, none of the pages are loading.

I found the more definitive issue you were likely experiencing. It should now be fixed, but definitely give it a shot and let me know whether you’re unblocked now. Sorry about the delay there.
