I’m not sure if this is possible but I own a domain heatbuddy.app. I am looking to see how I could possibly do something like… api.heatbuddy.app/endpoints/from/here/out?

Nope, nothing special. Simply run fly certs add api.heatbuddy.app and follow the instructions to update your DNS settings
