Critical: Used Google Login, it created a new account and I lost my Paid account

I have a pre-existing hobby account, we spend up to $60+/month. I was unable to log in due to a bad password and tried to use google login and it created a new account.

The email is the same, but now when we log in, the account is empty. The site is still up so the pre-existing account is there somewhere.

I need a paid plan to get email support… which sucks since we pay more than the cheapest plan.

If you already pay more than a given plan, it is free - the entire plan amount is counted as service credits.
