I have two certificates for my app: ‘twelvepool.com’ and ‘*.twelvepool.com’. Both are verified, and I have a cname pointed to them in cloudflare. None of these are “orange cloud”, they are all grey cloud (so just normal dns entries). The dashboard also shows that these are verified. However, the ssl certificate has not generated, even though I created it yesterday. Is there something else I need to do?
Your twelvepool.com was issued sometime today. The wildcard is associated with a now deleted app. You will have to recreate it for your not-deleted app.
This changes the hostname you need to use as a CNAME.
