Can't add domain without the ACME Challenge record

Hi,
I’m trying to allow setting custom domains for tenants.
The issue I’ve run into is that it seems the ACME Challenge is required but the Fly dashboard says it should be optional:

I can’t set up the domain with A record pointed correctly without setting _acme-challenge.

Does anyone has a similar issue?

Both an A and AAAA record are required for non-DNS challenges. For security reasons we require an AAAA record absolutely for ALPN challenges (which is what we do automatically).
