Cannot connect Sentry - 500 Errors

Hello! We’re new to fly.io - and cannot connect Sentry at all.

In the dashboard, when clicking the ‘Set up Sentry’ button, we get an API error.

Then, when attempting via CLI we get a 500 error:

flyctl ext sentry create
Error: returned error 500: {“data”:{},“errors”:[{“message”:“You hit a Fly API error with request ID: 01KN7GS0S4366DZ8W45K8AFXKZ-iad”,“extensions”:{“code”:“SERVER_ERROR”,“fly_request_id”:“01KN7GS0S4366DZ8W45K8AFXKZ-iad”}}]}

This has been happening since sign up, a week ago. Can anyone help us if we’re missing something please?
