I semiregularly wedge my sprites, and scanning down the topics list, I’m not the only one. I have a basic support plan, but since I’m using them for hobbyist purposes, the no-weekend SLA is inconvenient.
I’ve enabled a sprite restart button you can see in your sprite admin UI.
It won’t solve every case of wedged sprites but it is something to try. It tries to do a graceful restart but if you have data on the sprite that is vital, I’d be cautious as I would with any restart.
