Small fresh produce! Sometimes I want to trigger app restarts and close my browser and go play some volleyball. Sometimes I wished other teammates saw that I triggered a restart on UI.

Triggering a restart via UI will happen fully on background regardless of you being inside the view and will be synced across people with access to the app on that same page.
