Hi,

We plan to move an existing production app from our [Fly.io](http://Fly.io) organization to an organization owned by our client under a different account, using `fly apps move` or the dashboard.

The app runs three Machines in Singapore, each with a persistent volume, and uses app-scoped static egress IPv4/IPv6 addresses. Our SMS provider allowlists the outbound IP, so preserving the exact addresses is essential.

Are these app-scoped egress IPs retained when the existing app moves between organizations? We will not delete or recreate the app.

Will the existing ingress IPs and `.fly.dev` hostname also remain unchanged? Are there any additional networking steps or delays to account for beyond the documented few minutes of transfer downtime?

Thanks,
Hakan

App-scoped egress IPs are wholly bound to apps and not organizations, so you should be fine outside of the normal caveats of moving apps across organizations. Egress IPs themselves should not cause additional issues, nor should the app domain, but feel free to reach out if something weird happens while you try to do this.
