My app sometimes get stuck in pending at it’s first deploy. No logs, not even from runner, just Waiting for logs...
Changing config or adding more regions does not help.
Deleting an app completely and recreating it helps.
My diagnostic code is solitary-haze-shy-snow-falling-thunder-6022.
Seems like a host scheduling issue to me, but I don’t see a way to workaround it at all - no way to reschedule allocations, no way to deploy to more hosts or regions when one is stuck.
