App crashed after ran out of memory and didn't came back

In monitoring i can see this message “Could not proxy HTTP request. Retrying in 1000 ms (attempt 10)”
I tried flyctl vm restart and flyctl apps restart command, but after restart still not working.

App name: pocketbase-ezboard
