app can't undergo bluegreen deployment due to org's limits

We see this error when deploying. Looking similar issues in this community, they’ve been told to write directly to billing@fly.io. I’ve just wrote them without answer (still)

We have only 2 machines, but in the list appears as 17. Both screenshots attached. Is there anything we could do to properly deploy?

This is the right approach for getting the cap lifted, but it seems that your problem is instead having a lot more Machines than you really intend.

Either way, the billing address takes some time to respond on certain days, particularly when there are bugs or capacity shortages in the system that need fixing (like currently)…


For here in the community forum, it’s generally best to post the output of fly m list and fly apps list. You can use the </> button in the toolbar to get an area suitable for pasting output, code, etc.

The dashboard can be a little quirky about what it counts and doesn’t count…
