Another unresponsive sprite

Sprite ID sprite-39f0b558-6224-403c-90a3-080da8be5dd0.

  • I cannot even list sessions.
  • Console/exec don’t work
  • Restart through the web doesn’t work
  • Upgrade doesn’t work

Ya’ll have GOT to get this figured out. It happens like once a day.

I had a similar issue yesterday. Took roughly one and a half hours until I got it back. However, would be really great to know the underlying root cause for these downtimes.

I also seem to be suffering from this… sprite was in use and then just seemed to drop from the web/net… now also attempting to get a ‘session list’ for it also timesout and the web UI fails when attempting updates or restarts.
