All Sprites showing 500 error

Can’t seem to access any of the sprites I had under my organization, clicking on the org gives a 502 error.

Is there any fix for this or a way to create a new sprite?

sprites are also down for me. sprite list / sprite console just reports an internal server error.

mine came back for about an hour then went down again..

Thanks a lot. I agree on the support plans, however this issue was affecting us for more than 12 hours. Do I need a support plan for this? No announcemnets, alerts, nothing from your end.

I’m thinking on scale this in your infra but we need better uptimes. I agree on the support plans, but 12 hour outage is not expedted by any mean for this kind of services. What was the source cause?

I’m not sure about the cause. I’m not a Fly employee but I see @lubien is on that other thread and appears to be on it. I would assume there will be some sort of post-morterm. I see an ongoing issue about a lack of capacity so it could be down to that.

You can subscribe to notifications on the status page. That’s free. So if you haven’t, I’d recommend it.

But yes, you would need one of the paid support plans to get direct access to them for personal feedback.
