Guys, help!
I’ve been trying to add a foreign credit card to my billing section; I know it’s something basic but I just can’t seem to do it. The system is declining it all.
Hi… You can email billing@fly.io for help with this. There can be a bit of a queue at the beginning of the month, however, when everyone suddenly has questions about their latest invoice, etc.
(One problem that people often have is trying to add a prepaid card, which Fly.io doesn’t allow in this context.)

You can’t use a prepaid card as a default (or saved) payment method. You can, however, use a prepaid card to add credits to your account.
We only accept credit cards as payment methods for monthly charges.
