Account marked as high risk

Deployment failed.
I am on the legacy Hobby Plan, and card details are already added to my account.
I have 3 apps in development stage already running on Fly infrastructure. Today, while trying to redeploy an app to push new updates, the deployment failed, and I received this error.

Please look into it, Team fly.io , @billy , @john-fly .

Hi,
I boosted your trust score manually, and you should be able to deploy now. Can you just confirm with me that your account is in good standing now?

Also in the future, I recommend emailing billing@fly.io
