account has been flagged

My account has been flagged for no reason, and I have been unable to use the service. I have tried to register with a different credit card and email, but my account continues to be flagged. I have tried to contact you through the email support@fly.io, but I haven’t received a reply. I realize now that my account is on a hobby plan, which might be causing the lack of response. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and let me know why my account is being flagged, as well as what steps I can take to resolve this issue. I understand that this is community support but i hope you could help me and guide me on what i should do.
